connecting to Vista using SBS 2003 remote assistance gives an error "automation server can't create object"
When connecting to Vista business using SBS 2003 remote assistance I get an error "automation server can't create object". I can connect with "remote desktop" and I can connect to XP and win 2000 machines.

I am seeing the same thing. I am entirely within a private network, but this does not eliminate the firewall possibility. Does Remote Assistance use a different port number from remote desktop? If so, what is it?
