1. What is the Browser you are using? 2. Are you able to ping the website? Delete Temporary files and Cookies from the Browser and then try to open the page.

1-Iam using firefox and i used internet explorer but i have the same proplem with it 2-yes I deleted all cookies ,Temporary files but it is the same
