Thank you very much for the information. I now understand if I change password all certiicates will be lost etc. If only there were a simple way to just look at the password. I have to first sort out the keypad as not sure if 32 or 64 as there are two drives, another blond moment ! There is an update for this when I finally work it out. @ this key was somewhere else on the key pad and shift lock never made any difference. Sorry I talk too much. 10 days of password searching my brain is addled.I did back it up previously but this would not work.Kind RegardsBlond Moments.1 person needs an answerI do too
