according to Microsoft's announcement from end of 2012 they will end TMG as product.

So no TMG 2012 anymore. TMG 2010 can be installed on 2008 R2, but to my knowledge you can't buy licenses anymore.

The only way to run it on a 2012 server is in a Hyper-V virtual machine running 2008 R2.

I agree with LUtzMH. TMG is discontinued and it cannot support Server 2012 platform
