crash from games
this can be a temp problem of the graphic card. check if your case is dusted, also you can try to use a program like eg hwmonitor to check the actual graphics chip temp when starting a game

Please check the event viewer to see if you could find any application crash information.
Meanwhile, try to update your display driver and chipset for test.
If this issue persists, I suggest you try a
clean boot to see if this issue persists.

My computer keeps crashing in the middle of games of Star Trek Online, and Civ V. I have no idea what the error is, because the only way t get the machine out of the crash is to shut it down. The monitro gores into power save mode, so
i have no idea what is happening.

first of all try running the game using the compatibility mode.
If this does not help, I think it will be better to contact the game vendor Technical Support.
