MY XP desktop keeps blue screen crashing, only on occasion.Now, what method can I use to quickly determine if it is hardware or software related??What is the error code? If you are not seeing the error code access the Advanced Options menu and disable automatic restart on system failure. This will cause the BOSD error message to appear if and when the computer crashes. Advanced Options menu is reached by pressing F8 on boot-up as if you were entering safe mode.
