Ctrl+Alt+Del help you to make your login more secure but if you want to turn it off try this:Go to start ->Run and type:control userpasswords2press enter or chose okThen you will see a window , then go to Advance tab and look for "require user to press ctrl+alt+del" and uncheck it then restart your PC and it should be resolve. You could change back setting from this way if you want to but make sure you don not change anything else.

Here's what you need to do:1. Click Start.2. Click Control Panel.3. Double-click User Accounts.4. Click "Change the way users log on and off."5. Uncheck "Use the Welcome Scree."6. Click Apply Options.7. Close everything and restart your computer. The next time you log on, it will show you a prompt to enter your username and password. If you did not set a password for your user account, simply leave the Password textbox blank.Let me know if this helps.
