my pc is having some encrypted files with green colour name and i am not able to access these files. when i decrypt these files then access is denied is displayed. i have tried with all user accounts but problem is same. i have import new certificate as well but not work. can you give some help so that i can decrypt that. i am having win xp pro. thanks in advance piush@786
