hello my son let his friends sign into their e mails on his laptop and now at sign in it shows there are over 4 thousand e mails that do not belong to him. We do not have his friends sign in or password details. Any help with how to remove these emails from his laptop ? many thanks

Hi sandraelaine, 1. Which email program are you using? Check and make sure that you have not signed into the friends email account. Hope this helps!Halima S - Microsoft Support.Visit our Microsoft Answers Feedback Forum and let us know what you think.

I believe that it's simply the message on the Welcome screen that's incorrect, not that he has all those messages on his laptop.
