if what you mention is Wireless display adapter and you have VPN installed or any Virtual OS installed, try to check this thread, I suggest remove VPN client

Hi Eman,
Did the wireless adaptor work well before?
Apart from britishdhez`s suggestion,we also can try to run the built-in troubleshoot tool to have a diagnostic.
Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Troubleshooting\All Categories\Hardware and Device,Network Adaptor.
Best r
no, it is not showing
please provide more information, what step you tried? what message?
try to reset your BIOS and check
Ask Lenovo for more detail then

Hi Eman,
If the device is not shown in the device manager,we can try "Scan for hardware changes " (Action tab)of the device manager. We also can try to reset the BIOS to have a check.
If it is still not shown, there is something wrong with the wireless adaptor hardware. It is recommended to ask for help from the Lenovo forum.
Best regards
