Hello everyone, 

Few days ago i bought a new laptop and i experienced already some problems; the last one is the weirdest, everytime i try to switch on the bluetooth it appears a blue screen with written to check this error : driver irql not less or equal btfilter.sys and then the laptop restart. Someone knows why?

Hi,

btfilter.sys seems to be a Bluetooth related file.

As it is a device related file (should be a driver file), you should able to boot into Safe Mode.

If so, uninstall your bluetooth device in Device Manager and see if you can boot back to normal mode. You can download and install a new driver for your device after reboot to normal mode.

check your details PC model, browse using search engine like google.com , search for " your PC model Bluetooth driver Windows 8.1 " try to update your Bluetooth driver. Maybe Bluetooth driver corrupted

If you find difficulties to find the driver, try to contact your PC manufactured
