A search of the internet seems to indicate your system has a Realtek HD Audio chip: http://www.drivershq.com/Drivers/FUJITSU-SIEMENS/AMILO-L-SERIES/LI-3420/24971/29556/51902/99224/ModelDrivers.aspx If you go to www.realtek.com.tw you can download the Realtek HD Audio Codecs and see if they correct your problem. Please remember to click Mark as Answer on the post that helps you, and to click Unmark as Answer if a marked post does not actually answer your question. Hi, Based on my research on Fujitsu, there is no Windows 7 compatible sound driver online. Fujitsu says that the driver not shown may already be part of the Operating System. Thus please firstly update your sound driver through WU. (Or you may manually search the driver in Microsoft Update Catalog.) 1) Click Start and type: devmgmt.msc in the Start Search box. 2) Click on Device Manager and expand Sound, video and game controllers. 3) Right click the sound card and click Update driver store. 4) Click Search automatically for updated driver software. Alternatively, I did find Windows Vista compatible sound driver on Fujitsu, please go to the following link to download Windows Vista compatible sound driver, then install the driver in Windows Vista compatibility mode. Device Driver - Audio ALC Azalia 888S (Onboard on MB MS-7504PV, µATX, V 1.1, Socket 775) - AMILO Desktop Li 3420 Please note: we provide the third party link to download relevant driver for technical use only. There may be some changes without notice, Microsoft doesn’t guarantee any accuracy on contacting information. 1) Right click on the exe file for driver and click Properties. 2) Click on the Compatibility tab. 3) Select “Run this program in compatibility mode for.” 4) Choose Windows XP (Service Pack 3)/Windows Vista (Service Pack 2) from the drop down list. 5) Select “Run this program as an administrator” option under the Privilege Level topic. 6) Click Apply, click OK. 7) Please double click on the exe file again.
