I keep receiving the above message on my in box but when I try again at a later time the same situation occurs. I have done soome checking and it appears that this only occurs when I send or receive e-mails overseas.1 person needs an answerI do too

How are you accessing your MSN mail - a web browser? A mail client like Outlook Express?
