Additional information is available in the log file C:\WINDOWS\TEMP\NDP1.1sp1-KB95 3297-X86\NDP1.1sp1-KB953297-X8 6-msi.0.log. The above messages have appeared in the error log every day since 14 oct. At the same time I cannot do a system restore to any earlier date that I have tried both before and after 14 oct. My firewall is causing iE to hang ever since this problem arose. I have had to uninstall the firewall to get any access to internet. What do I do to get the software up to date and problem free.1 person needs an answerI do too
