Te problem started after I inserted pen drive and windows wanted to fix it. then when i inserted my pendrive, windows explorer crushed and shut down failed. Now this problem is occuring when I canceal a operation like copying or installation. another problem occurs before log off fails is that explorer does not update copying or deleting or any operation on files and folders untill I refresh (f5). also some new services started which I could not decide whether to start or stop.
