Cannot download Rhapsody, (due to firewall?) If i turn firewall off just to download, will my avg serve as second firewall and protect me? I've read other threads like this and they tell you to turn the firewall off. But only if you have second, does that mean anti- virus software?? is this recommended?

Above all, please let me know if there is any error occurs when failed to download Rhapsody. If available, please provide a screenshot and upload to skydrive.live.com. Firewall is different as antivirus program. Firewall is using to defend internet attack and firewall is using to defend virus and spyware. Some security programs contain both firewall and antivirus components, so sometimes we will need to disable firewall as they will affect each other. For current issue, if you consider the issue is caused by firewall, we can temporarily disable firewall and try to download it again. Also I suggest that let's test to disable the security program for a while to test the downloading. Sometimes download issue can also be caused by security program (especially firewall component).
