hello i like to create firewall rule to block all outgoing traffic except for a single ip! is it possible to do that with win7 firewall? I appreciate your help

Hi Alex, I'm afraid Windows Firewall does not have this feature to only allow a single ip. Maybe you can find some third-party tools to do that.
