Hi, Please check if this is an OEM version of Windows 7. If so, please try to boot into Safe Mode to check if the built-in administrator account is enabled there. If the built-in administrator is disabled and no other administrator account can be logged in, then we have to reinstall Windows 7 after backing up the important files with Command Prompt. Have you tried starting up in safe mode (pree F8 when you start/restart the computer) If you can get in that way you might be able to make a new administrator account, then try starting up as normal and logging into the new account.
