While I am navigating from one website to another, the computer will freeze, which requires me to go to start, then control panel. I don't know why, but this usually resolves the problem. Sometimes it will remain frozen, which requires a manual online logout via task manager. It will usually put out a technical fault and when I click details, there's always a "hung app" as the problem. Is there a way to correct this?1 person needs an answerI do too
