generic host process for win32 services has encountered a problem and needs to close, we are sorry for the inconviencence.
I get this message shortly after starting my computer and then I lose my connection and need to reboot to get it back, only to have the same thing happen again and again. Sometimes it will not even let me turn the computer off normally, I need to shut it off by holding the power button down. What is this problem and what causes it. How do I turn this off so it does not do it any more? 1 person needs an answerI do too

This is not even relevant to my problem. Every time I try to use that computer I get the message about "generic host process for win32 services has encountered a problem and needs to close, we are sorry for the inconviencence" and then I lose my internet connection. The link you posted talks about a problem I am not even having. The computer is a dell laptop, there is no printer or scanner connected to it, never has been.If anyone can tell me why I keep losing my internet connection I would appreciate a relevant answer.
