I have one pc with windows 7 ultimate installed . i want to have one account with all privilege except below things: 1-group policy access 2-registry editor access 3-network connection access ( in control panel) i know the way in windows network using GPO and active directory users but here i want to do it in one pc with 5 users many many thanks !
