its been a while a message appeared from action center telling me : turn on windows security center services.. and when i click on "Turn on" it says : The windows security center can not be started!! i dont know how to deal with this problem PS: i have installed Microsoft Security Essentials, but it doesnt work and again i dont know why!!

You could try to restart the security center service As Administrator, hold the Windows key and press R. In the window that appears type 'services.msc' without the quotations and press enter. Scroll down to the 'Security Center' entry and double click it. Change the startup type to Automatic '(Delayed start)' Select the start button. If this will not allow the security center to start it may be the symptom of a malware infection. You could try downloading and installing the MS Malicious software removal tool and restart. Then try again to restart the security center and run Security Essentials. If that does not work and you are sure that you have no malware infections it may be a program error that is causing it.
