Hello. You've found the TechNet Wiki discussion forum, which is for us to discuss TechNet Wiki (the Wiki tab at the top of the screen). I suggest looking for a Mouse Hardware forum or contacting your Mouse manufacterer's support team. Thanks!Ed Price a.k.a User Ed, Microsoft Technical Writer (Blog, Twitter)

You can do that exactly the same way you got to this Wiki forum, but instead of this forum you should ask your questions at: Click : Windows Vista Hardware Type: http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/itprovistahardware/threads Use this forum to discuss issues with Windows Vista hardware. For any hardware issues that specifically relate to Windows Vista SP1, please use the SP1 forum. Or Click: Windows 7 Hardware Compatibility Type: http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/w7itprohardware/threads Use this forum to discuss hardware issues and hardware compatibility in Windows 7. But first of all, carefully recheck all cables and connections, if they're put in the right sockets.
