sending emails are blocked1 person needs an answerI do too

On July 26 my hotmail home page was changed. For some reason sending emails and clicking my contacts were blocked.It is only blocked on hotmail, my other sevice provider still works o.k.

They were doing updates, that's why THAT changed >.>...As for "Blocking" you mean what?Any messages come up?
