You need to have Anti-Virus Software to do that , you could try Microsoft free Anti-Virus :http://www.microsoft.com/security_essentials/default.aspxAlso you should keep your Windows and Anti-Virus and all of programmes update and make sure Windows Firewall is on. Then more importantly, you should use GENUINE software , without genuine software your Anti-Virus and Firewall could not help.
