how to copy windows 7/server2008r2 firewall profiles
Is there a way (short of going in and checking domain profiles on all the rules) to copy a firewall profile from private to domain?

Hi, I think we cannot do this. “All of the Windows Firewall with Advanced Security settings, including all three profiles, are combined into a policy.” Please refer to the following link for more information: Understanding Windows Firewall with Advanced Security profiles Also I would like to know the reason why you need to do this. Are your trying to use the settings in private profile in domain? Regards, Sabrina TechNet Subscriber Support in forum. Hi Sabrina, sorry for the delay, I want to do this because have manually configured the private profile in my image and in those situations where the server is on the domain but not affected by the firewall policy I want the same settings

Hi, Thank you for your response. I think you cannot achieve this goal. It is only able to export the whole policy for the three profiles and import them together as they are combined. If you would like further assistance, please do not hesitate to let me know. It is my pleasure to help. :) Regards, Sabrina TechNet Subscriber Support in forum.
