the option will be
1. disable embbed WLan in BIOS, you can enable Hyper-V, but no WIFI after boot to Windows (because WLan conflicts with Hyper-V)
2. disable your bluetooth in BIOS, you can enable Hyper-V, but no bluetooth after boot to Windows (because bluetooth conflicts with Hyper-V)
3. disable both WLan and Bluetooth
i've done some research, for this specific HP model, this issue related to the Ralink device or driver that attached to your PC, you can also try to replace your WLan or Bluetooth device which not convenience but works, some of user which
have the same HP model already confirm it
I also suggest you to discuss with HP as manufactured regarding this issue and let us know the update
