i cant seem to get the icon to get windows 10 on my windows 8.1 is genuine and i'm really curious cause i trouble shooted and it said windows not up to date i tried auto updating hoping to see "KB 291355" but instead i found "KB 2267602"  i also searched again and it said windows up to date. i would like to know why this is so cause i really want to get the new "WINDOWS 10". thankyou

Make sure your Windows 8.1 system is up-to-date, Windows Update is turned on, and that you have not uninstalled KB 3035583 which is responsible for these notifications.
