Hi, It seems to be caused by network connection status or credential conflicts. I would like to suggest you taking the following actions: 1. Press F5 to refresh Windows Explorer and see if the red X disappears. 2. Use Network troubleshooter to automatically fix the problem. Open the Search and Indexing troubleshooter by clicking the Start button , and then clicking Control Panel. In the search box, type troubleshooter, and then click Troubleshooting. Click View all, then click Shared Folders. 3. Access the mapped drive using UNC: \\ComputerName\ShareFolder\Resource. 4. Check the permissions of the mapped drive, make sure that you have efficient privilege to access it. 5. Log in with another credential to see if you can access the mapped drive. Best Regards Dale
