yesterday all was well. today when i tried to access the internet all of the connect to information was gone. the tool bar at the bottom of the screen has turned white, usually blue, and there is no way for me to access the internet. all happened from the time i turned the computer off last night and when i turned it back on this morning. please help!!!!1 person needs an answerI do too
