since i installed WIN 8.1 (english version) On my PC I experience an issue with my Logitec keybord

its importent to say that i have never had any problem with my keybord in WIN 7 or earlier.

i have a keybord with english and Hebrow letters- and indeed  whem i write every thing is ok

but when I try to add !@#$ (shift+numbers) it gives me another sighnes like """ for example in order to add @ which is normally shift+2 i have to click on shift+'

it seems to be a settings problem

how do I fix this situation, change the keybord settings ?

its importent to say that i checked the kebord setting and installed the Hebrow languch pack but it still didnt help

Have you tried to change the keyboard layout or add a keyboard layout?
