language reading problems
Hello, I have a problem with my computer reading different languages (Chinese, Japanese). Before, when I add languages to my keyboard, it doesn't have any problems displaying the different languages; but recently, i realized that there is a problem with that because now the languages just show up as different boxes. I am not sure what caused this problem, can anyone help me with this?

Hi, Did you mean previously you had to add the language to keyboard (change keyboard or input language in Region and Languages in Control Panel) in order to display different language properly? Are you reading an IE page or a document? In Windows 7 you don't need to change the language settings to display other languages unless you are trying to install or run some non-unicode software Cheers, Andy
