lost language bar-grayed out click in control panel
I have lost the use of the language bar. I follow all the instructions but when I get to the language bar under preferences in the Regional and Language Options area of the Control Panel, the area to click is grayed out and will not allow me to change
languages.2 people need an answerI do too
