I am user of Microsoft lync 2010 on windows mobile. I am having 2 mobiles. Windows 7.8 (HTC surround) and Windows 7.10 (Nokia Lumia 900).  On HTC, lync works great, without any issue. Lumia is new phone and it has office 365. recently downloaded lync 2010. I am facing following error.
 
Can't connect to the server. It might be unavailable. Also please check your network connection, sign-in address and server addresses.
 
I have searched all the web and checked all the details, all possible combinations like DOMAIN\user , full user name etc, it seems there is no solution. so contacting you. please suggest.
 
I don't see any issue with the our server as it is working on HTC phone.


Here are some log entries 1. IntDisc_http failed due to an unidentified network error 2. Parsed error from failed response to UnauthGethttps........ 3. Can't connect to the server. It might be unavailable. Also please check your network connection, sign-in address, and server addresses. DiscoveryFailedTooManyRedirects [Error, Application, Discovery]

Have you tried to restart your device and check it again.

Check if you have installed the latest version of lync client

check if you have downloaded the Certificates and installed on mobile

check if your phone have the root CA installed.
