I made some remote folders available offline (on windows 7 64 ultimate, folder exported from vista 64 ultimate). The problem is that in multiple cases only a few files were actually copied. I remember getting some error dialogbox telling me, that there was some error. I ignored this, as there should be no problem -- the network connection is stable and there are no special permissions set in the remote folder -- if one file can be copied from this folder all of them should be accessible. I also was thinking, that windows would keep trying to copy these files, as the folder is marked as being available offline. So -- how can this be solved? This is a major mess, as I now I don't have access to these files! I was thinking that networking was solved since 20 years.
