joined this post for help have printer status is "Offline" you blokes seem to be working for a solution ours is a mixed site brother printers server 2008 with the service pack some win7 pro some xp pro our only fix is to stop and start the spooler LOL I'll keep watching you, waiting for THE solution

Hi, Do you have installed the printer correctly? What is the statu of printer in Device Manager? Do you mean that the statu becomes to "online" after you start the spooler service? Do you mean that the printer is installed on thw Windows Server 2008, and the other clients connect to it via network? Does the printer work on the Windows Server 2008?
