I fixed the Bot infection by re-installing windows xp, I had someone from Trend Micro help me out and they said the only fix was to reload. But I think you can help me with another problem with windowsxp. After loading, I have less memory for storage for some reason or other. I'm running with all updates and ieexplorer8, I can't reinstall any of my programs for word processing, really nothing, it is just plain windowsxp. is there something that i didn't do while installing; the format is FAT32. Capicity is 4.23 GB, used space is 4.23 gb, free space is 5.49mb. what do i do to correct this problem?1 person got this answerI do too
