Hi ethem,
First make sure that the Windows service regarding "Internet Connection Sharing" is started and set to Automatic.
You can get to Windows services by typing services.msc into the run box. You should see the service there in the list.
The error is generated when Device Manager can't start the hardware device, a situation usually caused by outdated or corrupted drivers.
Restart your computer if you haven't done so already.
Update your all network adapter driver
If you installed a device or some internet sharing program before the Code 10 error appeared? If so, it's very possible that the change you made caused the Code 10 error. If this error occurs recently, find the related change you made or restore your system to earlier point.

Hi
Could you check if your hosted network is on?
Netsh wlan start hostednetwork
I noticed that you are using VirtualBox hosted adapter, so virtual network should be on which is hosted by this adapter. (Hosted network cannot be on without Microsoft Hosted Network Virtual Adapter enabled by default) it might be the cause and Im supposing it doesnt affect virtual network using.
