when I start my computer I always get two screens that pop up....one is windows geniune advantage notification/installation wizard and the other is directly after it that says desktop agent tray has encountered a problem and needs to close. Can you please help me by telling me what I need to do to stop these two from constantly popping up... Thank you1 person needs an answerI do too
