mini dump happening more frequently on laptop
None of the situations above has helped. I am unable to zip the files in the minidump folder. Each t ime I start my dell studio xps, within minutes, i get the blue screen saying minidump. I did what was recommended in other posts but nothing helped. I tried
to restore to an earlier date but that did not help. Anything else I can do. My sister said its a virus, I doubt that. I have spyware doctor on my laptop along with AVG and no viruses or malware was detected.
This is what's in my dump folder:-
011311-34055-01.dmp
011411-53071-01.dmp
011511-26067-01.dmp
011511-4311-01.dmp

To see the cause I have to take a look at the dumps with the Debugging Tools for Windows.
Please start the Windows Explorer and go to the folder C:\Windows\Minidump. Next, copy the 4 dmp files to your desktop, zip all dmp into 1 zip file and upload the zip file to your public Skydrive [1] folder and post a link here.
