In place upgrades are not very successful
Try a clean install instead
Windows MVP, XP, Vista, 7. Expanding into Windows Server 2008 R2, SQL Server, SharePoint etc.

Hi birdland,
If you have a Windows 7 installation disc, you can manually extract the dll file in the disc and copy to your system. Refer to:
