Hi I'm running SQL Server 2000 Enterprise Manager on Windows 7. On my PC, I have Windows 7 Ultimate with SQL 2000 and on my laptop I have Windows 7 Enterprise RC1. The laptop is working 100% and it used to work fine on my PC. The problems on my PC started either after loading SQL's SP4 or after doing Windows Updates... not exactly sure. The problem that I get is the one mentioned above when I try to create a new Database Diagram, try to create a new table if no existing is selected, etc. Any ideas?

Hi, I suspect that the SQL Server 2000 may be not compatible with Windows 7, please try to run this application with Compatibility Mode: 1. Right click on the program's shortcut or executable file and select Properties. 2. Switch to the Compatibility tab. 3. Check the Run this program in compatibility mode for box. 4. Click on the drop down menu arrow and select which version of Windows the program was made for and click OK. If the issue persists, considering this issue is related to SQL server, it is recommended that you post a thread to our MSDN SQL Server Forum for help. Hope this issue will be resolved soon.
