Please provide us with your Event Viewer administrative logs by following these steps:

Click Start Menu
Type eventvwr into Search programs and files (do not hit enter)
Right click eventvwr.exe and click Run as administrator
Expand Custom Views
Click Administrative Events
Right click Administrative Events
Save all Events in Custom View As...
Save them in a folder where you will remember which folder and save as Errors.evtx
Go to where you saved Errors.evtx
Right click Errors.evtx -> send to -> compressed (zipped) folder
Upload the .zip file to Onedrive or a file sharing service and put a link to it in your next post * If you have updated to win 8.1 and you get the error message "the system cannot find the file specified" it is a known problem.  The work around is to edit the registry.  If you are not comfortable doing this DONT.  If you are, backup the key before you do Press Win+"R" and input regedit
Navigate to:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\WINEVT\Channels. Delete "Microsoft-Windows-DxpTaskRingtone/Analytic"

Hi adellafalcucci,

The main issue is that the video in the Youtube is not available ,right ?What browser are you using ?Have you got any errors ?Did the video play well before ?

First of all ,please ensure you have got the latest flash player .

If the video played well before and you are using the Internet Explorer ,please take the following steps to have a check .
1.Clear the temporarily files cache to have a check .
Tools(Right up corner)\Safety\Delete Browsing History

2.To verify whether it is caused by add-ons ,we can open the Internet Explorer 11 without add-ons to have a check .
To open the Internet Explorer 11 without add-ons :run iexplore.exe -extoff.
If it is caused by the add-ons ,we can enable the add-ons one by one to capture the culprit.

3.If the issue persists ,reset the Internet Explorer  to have a check if it is possible.Resetting the IE ,you will get an original setting of the Internet Explorer .

I also suggest you contact YouTube, they may have some good ideas to resolve this issue.
