my computor screen keeps coming up on screen and will not close , also updates are note loading despite being on auto update ?
any suggestions

Hi rhyseyb, - What's the screen that come up? - Do you get any pop-ups with error message? - Were the updates getting installed successfully without any issues earlier? Check if there's any error code related to the failed installation of the updates.
