my msn hasnt work since i downloaded it ive tried everything, until i saw that it said that i wasnt conected to .NET Messenger service and i dont know how to connect to it and it also said that i might need to add MSNmsgr.exe to my firewall allow list but i dont how to add it and nothing hasnt given me an answer! i really want my msn to work help me please

Through the problem description... By default, normal home / software based firewalls do not block MSN Messenger.. Therefore, the chances are pretty high that there is an enterprise proxy / firewall sitting on the network..
