I'm having a problem with vista and the network and sharing center. It takes a real long time for it to show up and then the panel is unresponsive. Where my network should be it says unknown, then server unresponsive. I still have an internet connection. i need to be able to choose what wireless network i can connect to.

I have the same, I tried all the above suggestions, did not fix the problem

Same problem here too. The Network and Sharing Center takes ten minutes to come up. Once it does the dialog freezes. I can't even move it. This is preventing all of the options from operating. The network lists "Unknown" and below that is "Server execution failed." If I kill the process the entire desktop UI reloads. What is the other way the network can be configured?
