network quits whenever audio is being played.
here's a fun one whenever i'm playing a song under windows 7, any program (tried windows media player, foobar2000, vlc, and songbird) my network will cut out completely, a repair of the network adapter will fix it, and the network will be fine until i play another song.network is onboard nvidia (evga 780i sli) tried both ports, happens with both, microsoft drivers 17/10/2008 soundcard is an echo miaMidi with windows vista x64 drivers, provided by manufacturer.was an upgrade from vista ultimate x64 to windows 7 x64both drivers work great until they are used at the same time.any ideas?feel free to ask for more info if needed.thanks

You need a better driver for one of those devices. If Echo made a Vista driver, it's likely they are working on one for 7.Rating posts helps other users Mark L. Ferguson MS-MVP

turns out it was the built in ms drivers for the network adapter. reverted to some older network drivers i had and it started working just fine.thought i updated, but i guess i forgot.
