I tried signing onto a site to pay a bill a message came up not authorized to access this component 40,20 you have not been granted security. My computer crashed and this is a new hard drive we have never set up any system administrator settings so cant understand why it says to contact system administrator any help would be appreciated. The system is xp1 person needs an answerI do too
