nvidia nforce3-a motherboard built in network
Since the installation of Windows 7 was completed my onboard network has refused to work. The system keeps asking me to install a network driver. I attempted to used the Vista 32 bit driver that works, however, it will not load. Is there a fix for this problem, or am I just out of luck on using this motherboard to access network features. Additionally, the multimedia sound driver does not work either. Thanks,Mac McCurdy

have you ttied running the driver setup in compatibility mode for vista? here is what i had to do.... download the package and find the setup file....stop the installation if it auto ran. right click the setup file and got to the compatibility tab and check run as vista and try again. When in doubt...let Google help you out!

I had to back up my drivers to enother hard drive. Installed OS. Went to systems. Devise manager. Right click the yellow device. Update driver manually. Choose the location on the other hard drive. Rebooted no lease than 4 times. Ran Windows update custom. Installed the driver updates. Voila.
