this may not be the proper forum, apologies if not... please direct me to the correct one?since recent Office updates and Office '07 SP2[7/15] on my clean install of RC7100, I am no longer able to delete messages that are marked as unread with the mail item showing in the reading pane. I get the following error msg:*Some items cannot be deleted. They were either moved or already deleted or access was denied.* when I click on Show Help>> it is telling me that the error may be the result of trying to delete more than 4,000 messages at one time. and goes on about permissions - which I have full Admin permissions, and have checked that this is indeed the case on the .pst file itself.when not using the reading pane, I am able to delete unread mail without getting the error message. if I leave a message, which marks it as read, and go back to delete, using the reading pane, I am able to delete.changing the mark as read setting to 1 second when using the reading pane results in the same error message, but when I leave that mail item to go to another, the item does get marked for deletion and disappears as I have my view set to hide items marked as such.any help would be greatly appreciated.thx.
